Job Description:

We are looking for a Junior Support Engineer to join our team and support day-to-day IT operations across a range of client environments. This role is ideal for someone early in their IT career who is eager to learn, technically curious, and values doing things the right way.
You’ll work alongside senior engineers, gain exposure to real-world systems, and develop strong fundamentals in Microsoft 365, networking, endpoint support, and cybersecurity best practices.
Responsibilities:

Provide Level 1–2 technical support for end users (remote and onsite)

Troubleshoot Windows and macOS devices, printers, and peripherals

Assist with Microsoft 365 administration (users, mailboxes, permissions)

Respond to support tickets and escalate where required

Perform basic network troubleshooting (Wi-Fi, switches, firewalls)

Assist with device onboarding, offboarding, and documentation

Follow structured processes and security best practices

Maintain clear communication with clients and internal staff
Preferred Qualifications:

Basic understanding of IT support concepts and troubleshooting

Familiarity with Windows operating systems

Exposure to Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams preferred)

Willingness to learn networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
